1.9 = 2*3.14* sqrt(L/32)

2*3.14 = 6.28

1.9 = 6.28 * sqrt(L/32)

1.9^2 = 6.28^2 * (L/32)

3.61 = 39.438 * (L/32)

3.61 = 1.232*L

L = 3.61 / 1.232

L = 2.92

L = 3 feet
